Guo Lailai works for TENGY for years. In July 2017, he was hospitalized due to illness and was diagnosed with "chronic renal failure (uremic) nephropathy". Later, he was discharged from the hospital due to family financial difficulties, but he had to undergo dialysis twice a week and spent more dialysis and medical expenses per month to maintain his life. TENGY Labor Union organized a donation activity for Guo Lailai and received a positive response from the majority of cadres and employees. Everyone took action, extended a helping hand, offered a piece of love, presented a warmth, and helped Guo Lailai overcome sickness, overcoming difficulties.
